A:As long as you received our cargo within 1 years, you have any problem ,pls feedback to us .After cnofirming
our quality cause ,we will resend new pipes or give reasonable compensation for you.
Q:May I customize the steel pipe?
A:Sure you can, we can produce according to your requirement, you can send the CAD or design drawing.
Q:How about the shipping cost?
A:If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via express, such as FEDEX, DHL, we have cooperated
with them for a long time, having a favorable price. If your goods is large, we will send to you via sea, we can
quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
Q:Do you provide samples ? Free or not?
A:Yes, we could offer the sample for free but do not pay the cost of freight.
